When I became vegan, I started making almost all my meals with tomato sauce, just two tablespoons, it was delicious, but after a while, it started to get tedious. It was then that in a camp with friends, I learned to cook, a year after I became a vegan, and I learned how to cook, I feel that I evolved, and it was to make an Açorda de Legumes (vegetable's açorda), using the bread that we had bought, that my friend, who is chef, taught me to use the peels of vegetables in the water to heat and gradually add them, and not, as I used to do, pour the water and let it cook. In addition to having more flavor, it is much simpler, and I feel that I cook with more love.
I love how constantly I'm learning.
