Wash hands and Hands sanitize

As a former employer of McDonald’s, everyone knows that they don’t use gloves in the kitchen, and I agree 100%.

Let’s build a hypothetical workplace…

Example one

You start working in the kitchen, you use gloves, you are dealing with a variety of food products. You start with meat, then you are needed for fish, in this changing from meat to fish you didn’t throw away the gloves, and you start a new contamination.

Example two

You start working in the kitchen, but first of all you wash your hands properly (They teach you in McDonald’s how wash your hands), and to the end you use hand sanitizer, and now you are ready to start working.

You go to meat department, and every 30 minutes you have to wash your hands and sign a paper that proves that you actually washed.

While you are working at meat department, the supervisor needs you in the fish department, so you will wash your hands again and only after that, you can start working at fish department.

Sounds hard but it’s pretty simple and safe lives, and all the restaurants in the world should follow this protocol, McDonald’s may be evil, but they make good things.

May you think twice before going to that place where they wear gloves for everything. And in some cases, they re-use the same pair of gloves the next day, and I agree with you, it’s gross.

McDonald’s is a great school for people who are looking for the first job.
