Vegan food for lazy people — Pilot
Before you close the window, give me some credit, please. I’ll end the stigma of vegan food being expensive.
I understand you probably see most vegans eating some strange aliments, but guess what, stop seeing that, I’m vegan and I spend 20€/week in food, which made 80€/month, and I don’t know about you, but this isn’t expensive for me, or for people who earn the minimum wage (in Portugal is 635€).
One more thing, all the recipes are for me, a 1,85 meters man with 85kg.
First I’ll start with breakfast, and I am vegan since June 2019, and I am alive, so, no jokes.
For breakfast I prepare coffee in the french press, one bag of 250gr. of coffee lasts for 23 days, each time I use the french press, I make coffee for three days.
Then, a shot of chlorella, my B12 vitamin, two dessert spoons a day, and water. One bag has 125gr. and lasts for ten days.
And a peanut butter sandwich with banana. 1kg. of peanut butter lasts for one month, and I eat a banana a day.
That’s it! This is my morning routine, isn’t expensive, and now you can trust me! See you tomorrow!
