The morning routine of a person with OCD

You got up at 08:00am, not 07:59am or 08:01am, even if you have been awake since 07:00am you make time to got up at 08:00am, because you need time to change your habits.

You go to the bathroom, relieve your bladder for the first time, wash your face with cold water, even in winter.

You go to the kitchen, and use every day the same cup for coffee and you B12 supplement, you do coffee for three days because you only drink coffee in the morning, you went from six expressos to just one coffee, in the morning. But first, you take your B12 supplement, two dessert spoon of Chlorella, water, and while your coffee are at the microwave, you mix the supplement, at least two minutes. You prepare a peanut butter sandwich with banana slices, and put the same plate of every morning, in front of your computer. You drink the B12 supplement, put the hot coffee at the table and sits, while you see a sitcom you previously have chosen.

You finish your breakfast first the the episode, so, you break three walnuts, wash one apple and one pear (sometimes an orange), and put all together in a plate.

The episode is over, so you one the excel document where you track your daily habits. you go to your bedroom, put a towel in the floor, open the workout app and exercises.

After the exercise, you meditate for ten minutes.

After that, you write for a while and publish.

You open you excel doc, you mark with an X what you already did.
