The Meditation Guy
Once upon a time, there was a busy guy trying to make the world a better place, he was so busy that asked to a friend how to meditate. His friend refer an app where he can learn how to meditate for only tem minutes a day.
The guy accept, because, he didn’t like to waste the precious thing he had, the time.
So, the next day in the morning, after his workout, the guy turn on the app, sit comfortably and close his eyes.
He picture an image on him meditate in front of the ocean, with a van right behind him, the sun touches his face and body, the fresh breeze in his hair, his van with the side door open.
He had built that picture in his mind, he didn’t remember where it was, but he would do anything to find out, and slow down a little bit his life.
He didn’t need to work the way he was, he could now slow down, and he was ready.
