If you’re a smoker, and you want to quit, play this game!
I was a smoker for at least 10 years, but I wasn’t one of those people who smoked 2 packs a day, or even one, I managed to keep the bar of 5 cigarettes a day, of course sometimes there were exceptions, but most of the time it was just five cigarettes a day.
I even bought IQOS, but I sold it because I wanted to quit the habit. Even when I smoked I said that “smoking was just for idiots”, I knew how bad it was but I felt really good(-ish).
I even agreed with a girlfriend to stop smoking, but as soon as I got off the first train, after meeting her, I went to buy a pack.
I tried to buy the cheapest packs, but it didn’t help.
Until I decided to live below my means.
It was a game-changer because I saw how much I spent on tobacco per month, and it was enough for things that made me really good, and because of that, goodbye tobacco.
It’s been 1 year without buying a pack of cigarettes, and I can’t say that I never put a cigarette in my mouth again because I did, but I must say that the taste was not the same as it was.
