I went vegan a few months ago, I have trust issues so I cook all of my meals at home, and take to work, good for planet and health (physical and mental), but yesterday I went for a dinner with friends and one girl who work in health industry said and I’ll quote “You need meat, you’ll soon lose your strength”, and I just answered “That’s a lie, I know exactly what I eat, all the nutrients, what you know about health was teaching from people who want to earn money.”
