Let’s Talk About Water
Before we start talking about Water, let’s fill up a glass of water and drink, and in the end let’s make that sound we make when we’re thirsty, you know, “Ahh”. And now we are ready!
Just like most of you, I grew up in a society that said that cheers with water was bad luck, and I never really understood it, why would one of the most important things on the planet bring bad luck?
This theme came to my mind when, this morning, I was peacefully taking my morning cup of coffee when I heard a strange sound, and from one moment to another, the floor started to become full of water, my next step (immediately following the episode of what’s going on here?), was to turn off the general water. Luckily I was at home, or instead of using 75% of the bucket to suck water from the floor, it had been more, plus other type of damage.
And even though I closed the water in time, the amount of water that went to the floor was still some, and I realize how lucky I am, me and a part of the world population, where we just turn on the tap to have water, some countries of the world isn’t so lucky. Personally, I consider myself to be a water-conscious person, and although I don’t drink tap water, I use it to take a bath, water the plants or for cook.
