It’s Roadtrip Time!
Cambridge dictionary says:
Road Trip — noun
A long trip or holiday taken by car or bus.
The dictionary says they are two words, but let’s put them in one. Since 2017 that I love this time of travel, the freedom, the roads you see for the first time, the adventures, etc etc etc.
Some people doesn’t understand why, they say thing like “Why are you going on your car when you can go by plane? It’s cheaper.”
And I always answer, “I know it’s cheaper, but you have to make one just to see how awesome and magnificent it is travelling by car. Don’t focus only on the destination, the journey it’s the best part, have you ever imagined yourself behind the steering wheel, windows open, left arm outside the window, doing waves, listening your favorite music?”
And they became speechless.
You don’t need a brand new car to do a roadtrip, just a car (or a motorcycle), with good maintenance and legal, because nobody wants problems.
Plan where you want to go, alone or with friends, make some math, pack the car, fuel it and go!
Or, if you don’t know where to go, just pack the car, fuel it and let the road decide.
I sleep on the car, but you can sleep at hotels, it is up to you. And I cook on a portable stove, but you can go to restaurants, I just want to live the full experience.
So, I hope I’ll find you on the road!
