It Was Almost A Love Story
He was shy, very, very shy, she was an extrovert person, the two together wrote a story worthy of a movie, they were perfect together.
He was fired from the place where he had met her, he had worked at an outside company that had to dismiss him for a change in the law, she was a therapist there, he didn’t tell her he was leaving, he wanted to, but he couldn’t. He didn’t have the strength, he didn’t know how she was going to react, he had imagined three possible reactions.
The first was, he said, she cried (or she making herself strong in front of him and was going to cry for the bathroom), in this situation he never forgave himself for making a woman as fantastic as she was, crying;
The second option was, he said, she didn’t react and he was sad, he wouldn’t cry because he lost his emotions (or maybe he would cry when he got home, if she was worthy);
The third option was, he said, she had tears in her eyes that were about to run down her cheeks, but, before they could start the descent, he would invite her to dinner, and here, she would take his hand and pull him to a sheltered place (perhaps the roof, he had already been there and found it very romantic), and the two kissed passionately.
Of the three options, the third was the perfect one, but he still preferred not to tell her he was leaving…
