I start simply treat the employers the same way they treat the employees, as disposable...I go to work, I learn what I have to learn, and then, bye bye, time to learn other area...but, of course, I give my best every day, during the eight hours, no extra hours, it's my rule, and made them think, "Oh gosh, he was one of the best."
