Ethics and Integrity
Two important values, but most people don’t use, and maybe they don’t know what it means. I have two episodes that happened during my teenager times, I shouldn’t have been over 12 in the first episode and I should have been 15 or 16 in the second. In these episodes I watched in first hand what people think is normal, but according to ethics and integrity, it is not.
I was in the break for lunch and I’ve found a few cents on the floor, it wasn’t much, but it was still money, so I took them and went to the lost and found, so far, there’s nothing wrong, the next few days taught me how other people start treat me.
Apparently, no one goes to the lost and found for a measly cents, and after that day, there were young people at school who made fun of me for doing what I thought was the correct thing to do. The truth is I haven’t change in that aspect, I remain an ethical person, I see no difference in money, a measly cent remains money, and they can help you to have many more.
Do you know how much money are lost lost in the streets? Money that people don’t take because, according to them “it is not worth it!”
Millions of euros.
Millions of euros that go to the ground because people don’t know that it is also money.
